Who We Are
IN BRIEF:
The Catholic War Veterans of The United States of America, Inc. was founded in 1935 and Congressionally Chartered in 1984 The National headquarters is located in Alexandria, Virginia and the Ohio Department Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
PURPOSE:
CWV joins the other organized groups to guard the rights and privileges of ALL veterans. CWV's goal include the protection of all our freedoms. CWV's service programs helps those that are sick and disabled and care for our hospitalized veterans. The Catholic War Veterans are dedicated to a program of veterans service.
ACCREDITED:
The catholic War Veterans of the United States of America is congressionally chartered and its Service Officers are accredited to the Department of Veterans Affairs. CWV is authorized to represent veterans and advance their claims to the Department of Veterans Affairs. In Ohio, CWV is accredited to those government agencies dealing with veterans and veterans' rights.
